NovaCore Studios is an independent project brand. Nova Chat is developed and published publicly under the developer alias BobTheBuildar.

1. Protected materials

Nova Chat’s original source code, compiled application, website design, written documentation, original graphics, logos, icons, interface elements, release notes, and other original project materials are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

2. Permission to use Nova Chat

You may download and use the official Nova Chat application under the User Agreement. That license permits use of the software but does not transfer ownership of the software, branding, website, or project materials.

3. Uses requiring permission

Unless applicable law expressly allows it or written permission is granted, you may not:

• redistribute unofficial or modified Nova Chat installers as official releases;
• sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit protected Nova Chat materials;
• copy substantial parts of the website, interface, artwork, or documentation;
• remove ownership or copyright notices;
• use Nova Chat branding in a way that falsely suggests endorsement or official status.

4. User content

Users retain ownership of content they submit. Uploading content to Nova Chat does not transfer copyright ownership to NovaCore Studios; it only grants the limited operational license described in the Terms of Service.

5. Third-party materials

Third-party libraries, trademarks, names, emoji, GIFs, services, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be governed by separate licenses and terms.

6. Copyright complaints

Send copyright concerns to thefilelockup@gmail.com. Include:

• identification of the copyrighted work;
• the location of the material in Nova Chat;
• your name and contact information;
• a good-faith explanation of why the use is unauthorized;
• a statement that the information supplied is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

7. Trademark notice

No registered-trademark claim is made on this page. The symbols ® and “registered trademark” should not be used unless a relevant trademark registration has actually been granted.
